212-unit multi-family development on Wanaque Avenue — four floors of wood-framed residential over a two-story concrete parking podium, the largest delivery in Rome's portfolio to date.
Ground-up construction of a 212-unit multi-family building at 261 Wanaque Avenue in Pompton Lakes. The structure pairs four levels of wood framing with a two-story cast-in-place concrete parking podium, a build-up that demanded tight coordination between concrete, framing, and MEP trades through the transfer slab and a sustained framing schedule across a long elevation. Scope included full site work, the concrete podium and structural shell, exterior envelope, MEP rough and finish, common-area millwork, and turnkey unit delivery.
