Adaptive reuse of the historic Berry Building at 13 East Blackwell Street in Dover. The project converts the existing structure into twelve apartments with a ground-floor restaurant, preserving the building's character-defining facade while introducing modern systems, accessibility, and life-safety upgrades. A complex retrofit on a constrained downtown site.
